👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Sear on medium-high heat until cooked to your desired doneness.

  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain, add back to the pan, and mix with salt, butter, pepper, heavy cream, and chopped Italian parsley. Blend with an emulsion blender until smooth.

  3. For the sauce, melt butter in a small pan. Add garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, and heavy cream. Whisk and cook until warm.

  4. For the mushrooms, sauté sliced mushrooms over high heat. Once sweating, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Add a knob of butter and chopped parsley. Pour in red wine and cook down until reduced by 50%.

  5. Assemble the plate: ribeye topped with sauce, mashed potatoes on the side, and red wine mushrooms for the perfect finish.
