🌽 Delicious Corn on the Cob with Herb Chili Lime Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husks removed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 or 2 limes based on your acidity level
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the herb chili lime sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, garlic powder, chili flakes, oregano, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, and fresh lime juice. Stir until well combined. - Brush the corn
Place the corn on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush each cob generously with the prepared sauce, coating all sides. - Cover and bake
Wrap the corn in foil or cover the baking sheet with another sheet of foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or more, until the corn is tender and infused with flavor. - Serve hot
Carefully unwrap the corn and serve immediately. For extra brightness, squeeze more fresh lime juice over the top before serving.
